Qovigen has got to be one of, if not, the best place to be! I searched for a couple of years in hopes of trying find high quality, research compounds at a reasonable cost. Qovigen is the sweet spot, the go-to. Absolutely pristine purity, amazing customer service, presentation...and let's not mention. They are the Steve Urkel of shipping! So far, love it. Love the 3rd party testing transparency. The shipping is super fast on everything. The "rewards" are awesome, and ultimately, the research products that i chose have all been top notch to this point. I had no moment of worry whatsoever from beginning to end. The process was super efficient. The prices are very reasonable, and I love the little stickers and containers. For my first order I forgot about the BAC water but they sent me a bottle for free. How cool is that!

I am really impressed with the customer service in addition to the quality of the products. UPS has been slow to deliver to my area and they handled my last order carelessly enough to break one of the items inside despite the bubble wrap packaging. It’s not Qovigen’s fault UPS can’t read a “Fragile” label when tossing packages onto my doorstep, and they still reached out to me to explore other shipping options for future orders and make this one right.
