I ordered on Tuesday evening and my product arrived safely packaged Friday morning! This company provides great products and quick shipments! I currently had a situation with the product ordered and felt like I had been baited and once baited, I felt the quality of the items I had purchased didn't seem so great. I did research and felt very targeted in the wrong way. I had spent money on bulk and thought I had been scammed. All evidence seemed to point in that direction. The customer care team worked diligently to solve the concern. They apologized for the circumstances that had me concerned. They investigated and helped to bring understanding on the matter. It did take a matter of a week to resolve, but in the end, they resolved my concerns. Where I was a very skeptical after using this company in the past, they made me a loyal consumer again! I learned a valuable lesson throughout this situation, that at every distributor, even at Walmart, and Amazon things can get delayed, mixed up, and seem hopeless. And sometimes solutions to our concerns do not happen on our timing, but what's important is the willingness to make the customer happy... and this company has that!
