I wasn’t able to place an order this time because of a new payment platform that was launched. I tried a couple different payment options and both would not go through so I ended up having to purchase elsewhere. That is unfortunate.

I’ve ordered from this company several times, and up until now, everything was excellent. Shipping was always fast, the products were reliable, and I genuinely felt confident ordering from them. However, when I tried to place an order today, I was redirected to an external site that immediately asked for personal information. That was an instant red flag. I’m not comfortable providing sensitive details through a third-party link, especially when this wasn’t part of their process before. Because of this unexpected change, I no longer feel secure ordering from them and will be looking for a new, trustworthy site moving forward. It’s disappointing after such a good track record, but customer safety should never be compromised.

I was proceeding to order . At check out they sent me to another site that asked my info . Birh date etc . I logged out and. They asked for my social security number. Seems shady to me and I won't order from them

Easy to order and shipment was fast. I have been on PrimeLab Peptides Glp for 5 weeks now and my partner as well. We do not feel the potency is anywhere near what the previous company we ordered. Very disappointing. Might even be a placebo.

First time buying through prime labs au. Was waiting for 5 weeks. And I was the one communicating. They couldn't tell me when they were able to ship the product. Or what the hold up was. Not sure if this place is a scam or not. I asked for a refund and revieved it. Waste of time I could have used another more trustworth site and recieved them 3 weeks ago. Disappointed

Initially they corresponded quickly but I needed a refund as I ordered wrong peptide, Sophia cancelled it for me which was great but 8 days later still not refunded and last night she emailed me and said they never received funds but it was charged to my credit card. This morning I sent a photo of charge and still no response. I also reordered 8 days ago the correct peptides and it was charged to my card as well and still has not shipped out. Concerned I am scammed, hoping they respond. Seems most of the reviews have been well handled. I ordered my product on black Wednesday and it said fast shipping but it’s a lie. Then I got an email saying I had been upgraded to 2day delivery which was on Dec 3 and I now got another email telling me that my product will be delivered Monday Dec 8. That is way more than 2 days after December 3 and many more days past November 30th when the initial email said it would be packed and shipped within 24hrs. If it arrives on December 8th that would be a total of 8days later and this is not the 1st time they take their time sending out packages, the time prior to this one it took almost 2weeks for arrival of my package.

I bought it on November 10th and didn't receive my order until today the 17th, so I couldn't apply because I had to apply my medicine on the 15th.
