Shipping took a long time, and the packeging was a but weird. Also the vial was not filled up that much. Therefore the product was alright.

some of the products were ok others not as good. The Reta from this vendor did not work versus my previous place. I also was disappointed with the email response time and fact no refund or another vile where sent after using 2 that were not good. I bought 4 products from this company and have since gone elsewhere.

Love the product as I’ve order a few times, however I don’t like the new payment method option. I would prefer being able to use my debit or credit card without a third party crypto wallet company. Having to add my social security number is nerve wracking and not normal.

Finally my order arrived. My order left their lab 7 days ago. My shipping was upgraded to overnight for free shipping but got delayed. It was delayed/stuck in Orlando for 6 days. I sent an email with no response. The service was very average and there was no communication. At least I finally received my order. I changed this review from 1 star to 3 star after receiving my product. I will re-update review after reviewing the product. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. All came in the end, I’ll keep the review at 3 stars for their lack of communication. Will update after the research. The product from Prime Lab Peptides has been very effective 🤗for me, and I’ve had great results. However, the overall experience has become frustrating. The switch to 😖crypto-only payments makes ordering complicated and stressful, especially without buyer protection. The website can also be unreliable—you sometimes have to try multiple times just to place an order. Shipping has slowed 🐌down as well. I placed an order on the 8th, and it’s not expected to arrive until the 14th, which makes it hard to stay consistent. On top of that, I’m now paying 💵more out-of-pocket for less product, which is disappointing. While the product works, the ordering process, delays, and increased cost make it much less convenient than it used to be.☹️

The payment system took me to Moonpay.. a Uniswap crypto payment?? Is it legit? I’ve had to use it before.

They require a new form of payment. No longer accepting credit card via normal channels. My bank won't even run the transaction 😭 I've been with them months and now all of a sudden I gotta use someone else 😭 I like staying loyal but it's literally impossible too with my safety features on my debit card.

I was billed $35 for a "VIP Membership" that I was neither offered, aware of nor interested in owning. When prompted to manage said membership in my account, the star keeps spinning and the site never opens.

My first order was very quick there was a delay in shipping and they fixed it immediately on their own, each vial was packaged individually looked very professional, decided to order again, took four days for them to ship and I had to reach out, vials showed just thrown in a cheap box lables are on the vials crooked, no individual packaging, questioning the validity of the site for things to be so different EDIT*** am having excellent results with the peptides I ordered. Quality does not seem to be an issue. I did want to use what I got for a few weeks before editing this review. Dear Prime Lab Peptides Team, I am writing this email to formally share my honest experience with Order #9213, as the issue has remained unresolved despite multiple communications. This email is not written out of emotion, but to clearly document what actually occurred. Here is a summary of my experience: - I placed an order for BPC-157 / TB-500 (5mg/5mg blend). - I received the wrong product, which your team later acknowledged as a fulfillment error. - I was informed that a replacement would be shipped and that I would not need to return the incorrect items. - After that, I experienced repeated delays with no clear timeline. - I was later informed there was a labeling issue, which raised concerns about quality control. - I was told tracking information would be provided, but it was repeatedly delayed and never clearly confirmed. - Communication became inconsistent, including conflicting messages about whether a return label was required. - Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered. - As of today, I still have not received the correct replacement product. Because these are peptide products that require strict handling, labeling, and quality control, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the fulfillment process. I am sharing this feedback truthfully and transparently, as I believe it is important for your team to understand how this experience appears from a customer’s perspective. Great meds and good company, but pay $35 for a membership and can’t get access to it. I can’t use my points I’ve redeemed and there is no log in button to even see anything ..

If you asked me last month how I liked this company, I would say they were great. I placed my second order on Dec 6th and still have not received it. I emailed twice to get a status update and have yet to get a response. Very disappointing. I was confident this would be the company I would use going forward but I’m second guessing that decision now.

This order was delivered in 4 days however I placed another order the same day as this order on Dec 7 th and that order as of today has not shipped. I did email customer service and they informed me that it would be shipping soon but as of today Dec 15th I have not had any updates on my 2 nd order. I am disappointed since they advertise 2 day shipping and I signed up for VIP. I’m getting nervous and thinking I might not receive my 2nd order at all?

Ordered on a Thursday, received an email stating I was upgraded to faster shipping and got it monday. Little concerned my peptides came in a non-temp controlled envelope. Makes me concerned about efficacy and stability of product.

Placed an order on December 1, 2025 and realize several days later I did not get a tracking number. I messaged customer service. They did respond back stating it is taking a little longer to put through the “ quality check” but seems to be taking a lot longer than most other companies that I go through. Still waiting on a follow up & tracking number to get my order!
