I’ve ordered four times twice I got it asap other two times they were sold out they don’t let you know it’s impossible to get a hold of them , it’s hit or miss and than it’ll take weeks to get a product or even a response if you want reliability than then this isn’t the company. Products are good when you actually receive them, product sold out again and can’t get a replacement I have to chalk the 85$ as a loss this time .

Never received my order. Contacted the company to cancel the order. They cancelled and said they would issue a refund. After 2 weeks I never received the refund & had to dispute the charge with my cc company.

I’ve used you 5x but this last order I’m so disappointed. #15926 never received never received the $35 refund that was promised I don’t care about refund just want to continue my research. Please send product

I've used this company in the past plenty of times, but this time without issues, but for my most recent order, they've refused to give me a refund after their delivery time didn't come on the day it was supposed to. They mentioned some bs about how delivery days don't count on weekends. I told them I've received my package on a Saturday before so how do you explain that? I was ghosted and no one reached out to me after that. Completely disappointed.

I submitted an order on December 9, 2025. Upon sending an email to confirm my order, I was informed that it would take 2 days for the payment to clear. After following up with another email requesting a confirmation note, one was provided, but the goods had not yet been shipped. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have been receiving unsatisfactory responses. I advise against entrusting them with your money. As of January 4, 2026, I have yet to receive my goods.

I just received my order and only the BAC Water was delivered. I paid $121.50 to receive only the water? No, I want a refund or my Retatrutide.

Ordered product and spent a week and a half have not even gotten a tracking number even though I’ve been continuously told that it would be within hours and I would receive my tracking order and my order was shipping out that day. I understand it’s the holidays, but with that being said, do what you say you’re gonna do and don’t give me the runaround. now I’m going to try to get charges reversed.

I ordered specifically because of the quick ship claim as well as price. Unfortunately 10 days later my order still hasn’t shipped although they did take the money. Multiple emails w promises of shipping 24-48 hours, then will ship today via fed-ex and “we will send tracking” all false promises. Save yourself the aggravation and order from somewhere else. Now I have to spend Monday before Christmas sending proof emails to my bank to have the charges reversed.

Not shipped after 11 days

I ordered on December 6th, and as of today, December 17th, my order has not been shipped. I have sent several emails, and they keep saying that my order will be shipped within 48 hours, but it has been well over 48 hours.

I made an order and haven’t received the package yet A week after i made another order . And got the package in 2 days I still havent received the first order yet and they are not giving me an update. Constantly sending them emails and no updates received This is unacceptable

Who sent you a vowel of medicine to mix and inject without giving you the proper syringes? I've paid $163 and I got nothing to inject with so make that make sense.

I placed an order about 1 week ago and until today I haven't received an email with the tracking code!

My first purchase was great.Received the product fast and easy made a second purchase and this time not so great I paid Saturday and it’s Thursday with no word on when I will receive my order and no shipping info seems like they do great the first time then immediately drop the ball.

Disappointed with my order

My order took much longer to arrive than promised.When it finally came, one of the items was missing.I tried contacting customer support but didn’t get a clear reply.This was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t order again.
