Customer service was great when my order was delayed due to the black friday sale. Just received my 3rd order which shipped the same day I ordered it. The only negative thing I have to say so far is that the first order came nicely packed in individual boxes the last 2 have come with the vials just wrapped in bubble wrap inside the package. I have not been using the product long enough to give a review on the efficiency of the product yet.

There was a delay due to inventory being low after Black Friday. Prime Lab Peptides offered a very reasonable solution and when there was confusion regarding that; they followed through with their word and made it right. As a customer, I understand things happen and when a business is able to offer solutions and hold to their word… it shows good character. Prime Lab Peptides not only impresses me in that regard but their catalog of offerings and price points are superior to any competitors I’ve seen. The shipping, once inventory was in, was very fast. Packaging is superior to other companies I’ve used and potency, purity, and effectiveness are all notable impressive.
