I have not started my research with this product yet. This review is based on speed of delivery and customer service response to an inquiry about the product. My order was shipped promptly and I received it two days earlier than scheduled. I had a question for customer service regarding a QR code on the product and I emailed them on a Saturday and first thing Monday morning I had a response to my inquiry. Good customer service is always a huge plus with me. They aced it! Thank you!
