Product has always arrived on time or earlier. I have only ever had one issue with a product getting lost in transit and to my surprise they were very communicative. They even gave me a new shipment after they found that the deliverer lost the order. Will definitely continue to use prime lab

Just starting my peptide research journey and so glad I found Prime Lab! Tired of paying crazy pricing through more traditional channels. Shipping was super fast, customer service responsive, everything mixed well, and I’m already seeing results from their product. On my third purchase, the peptide’s box came a little smooshed so I think they need to up their bubble wrap game, but overall I have zero complaints! Grateful to have found a reputable company.
