I’m a rate them 5 stars since my shipment was left at front porch on floor unprotected and came home to find a torn package with no product. After 2-3 days back and forth they refunded my money back. Not sure why they wouldn’t request a signature on delivery since my product was $300 dollars! Hopefully in the future they now require a signature to hand over high priced items! 5 star for great customer service.

The tirzepatide has been a miracle for me. I have been using this product for about 6 months now and I am down 55 lbs. I have been on diets for about 13 years since I had my last child and I can never lose more 15 lbs. Delivery is quick and easy. Can't say enough great things about Prime Lab!
