I’m a rate them 5 stars since my shipment was left at front porch on floor unprotected and came home to find a torn package with no product. After 2-3 days back and forth they refunded my money back. Not sure why they wouldn’t request a signature on delivery since my product was $300 dollars! Hopefully in the future they now require a signature to hand over high priced items! 5 star for great customer service.
