Arrived quickly, just as promised. And then they placed another charge on my credit card! Don't check the VIP box, because you will be charged $35. They credited it when I inquired but my credit card company is replacing my card so I have that inconvenience to deal with. This is my first time ordering from Prime Labs. They’re pricing is competitive, but what’s even better is their customer service. They respond to emails almost immediately and do whatever they can to resolve any issues and address any questions or concerns. I have been taking the Glow blend, and the pain in my elbow has subsided. Looking forward to see results in my skin.

I have a lot of problems with packages being delivered to the wrong address, a very similar address in my condo regime. Primelabs upgraded my delivery free of charge to be sure package came to the correct address.
