Smooth and easy checkout was a little different something not use to but ended up being easy as well

ordering is very simple. shipping is fast and on time, I have never had an issue.

Quality product and excellent customer service. Every question I had was answered by a friendly agent. They were very patient with me and helpful. No complaints so far.

Easy access and training instructions to the app. It says it will be 3 days and within 2 days it is at our door step. We have had symptoms as recommended you have to do the research and either increase magnesium, collagen, fiber and/or protein. Nausea has came with dosage changes. My spouse and I are using the Trizepitide and are very pleased with our results thus far.

There was an issue with shipping the correct products but they seem to be making it right. I will be happy to continue working with this company moving forward. I’ve ordered from this company several times, and up until now, everything was excellent. Shipping was always fast, the products were reliable, and I genuinely felt confident ordering from them. However, when I tried to place an order today, I was redirected to an external site that immediately asked for personal information. That was an instant red flag. I’m not comfortable providing sensitive details through a third-party link, especially when this wasn’t part of their process before. Because of this unexpected change, I no longer feel secure ordering from them and will be looking for a new, trustworthy site moving forward. It’s disappointing after such a good track record, but customer safety should never be compromised.

There was a duplicate charge due to confusion with the crypto payment process, but the team handled it quickly and issued a refund without any issues. Great customer service and communication. I appreciate how they took care of the situation and made things right. I will continue doing business with them. 👍 I have sent multiple emails regarding a duplicate crypto payment for Order #16199 and have received no response. Due to confusion during the MoonPay checkout process, I accidentally completed two payments of 319.34 USDC each, totaling 638.68 USDC, while my order total was only $331.00. I have already provided full details and transaction hashes, and MoonPay has confirmed both payments were successfully delivered to the wallet generated during checkout. The order has already been delivered, yet I am still waiting for support to resolve the overpayment. I was planning to continue doing business with your company, but the lack of communication is very concerning. I expect a prompt response and resolution. If I do not hear back soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I was proceeding to order . At check out they sent me to another site that asked my info . Birh date etc . I logged out and. They asked for my social security number. Seems shady to me and I won't order from them
