Shipping was slower than expected, but great product and great communication and even follow up emails to make sure technicians understood the product.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my order, customer service is great

The website is easy to use, and the prices are good, especially when they have sales. Everything came wrapped with bubble wrap, so no chance of breakage. The COAs are good, too.

Initially I was hesitate to order because I’ve had had a bad experience with another peptide company, but decided to try out prime labs and I was surprised because all the Facebook reviews showed that they had shipping and I was shocked the second time I’ve ordered with them and the order has been with me within a few days! Great product

I’ve made several purchases from Prime Lab and will continue to exclusively use them. With the exception of one order, all have been fulfilled and delivered very quickly - several shipped same-day as purchase! The quality is great and the prices are right. You can stack promos with sale prices, which is a huge bonus when bulk ordering.

So far everything has been great. Easy ordering, quick shipping, helpful information.

I haven’t had to time to prepare or even use the peptides I ordered, so I’ll review those super important details as soon as I can give an honest review. But as far as everything else it’s a 5 out of 5 stars.
