There was a big promotion happening when I placed my order which caused a delay in shipping. I did receive emails keeping me updated on when it would ship. They expedited shipping once my order was ready to be shipped by upgrading it to 2 day. That was an unexpected bonus and much appreciated. I will update when I have some feedback on the product.

Prime lab is very responsive to questions and the customer service people are excellent. If I had one small criticism is that it seems that orders aren’t always processed promptly which can delay delivery a bit.

I saw all the great reviews so I chose this company to make my first purchase. Honestly, I thought i had been scammed at first, because they claimed 2 day shipping and days later I still had no word of my purchases being shipped. I reached out and they assured me that it was just taking longer as they were overwhelmed with cyber Monday orders. When I received my products they were packaged well and they had even upgraded my shipping free of charge. I highly recommend this company.

It’s scary ordering online these days and knowing who to trust. However fast shipping and reasonable prices on peptides, I took a chance here w Prime Lab Peptides. To be honest shipping was delayed and not as quick as I had hoped for. BUT every email I sent had a speedy response and in the end I did receive my products and customer service made it worth the wait. So yes, I do recommend this company.
