If you asked me last month how I liked this company, I would say they were great. I placed my second order on Dec 6th and still have not received it. I emailed twice to get a status update and have yet to get a response. Very disappointing. I was confident this would be the company I would use going forward but I’m second guessing that decision now.

Not shipped after 11 days
I ordered on December 6th, and as of today, December 17th, my order has not been shipped. I have sent several emails, and they keep saying that my order will be shipped within 48 hours, but it has been well over 48 hours.

I would recommend them
Without a doubt I would recommend them. Is the only entity that will give you siggestion on the best practices for reconstitution and dosage. They work with you to fix any areas of concern. The prices are below the competition. Will definitely continue using your services. Thank you.

This order was delivered in 4 days however I placed another order the same day as this order on Dec 7 th and that order as of today has not shipped. I did email customer service and they informed me that it would be shipping soon but as of today Dec 15th I have not had any updates on my 2 nd order. I am disappointed since they advertise 2 day shipping and I signed up for VIP. I’m getting nervous and thinking I might not receive my 2nd order at all?
