First, let me say shipping was upgraded for free. The peptide was nicely packaged delivered by FedEx my only concern was GHK-cu usually stings because of the copper & it did not. I mixed with 3 ML water and I didn’t get any sting ? This is my second shot, . Does that mean the peptide is not real? After this review prime labs reached out and offered their support, & also advised I should feel some sensation with this peptide. They sent me a replacement shipment that I received today. The website is easy to navigate, ordering was simple and being able to stack multiple discounts is amazing on top of already decent prices! My shipping was upgraded and shipping timeline and delivery notifications were on the dot. Discreet packaging was also nice, insulated and the vials were well protected from breakage. So far all is going as intended with the products.

Initially they corresponded quickly but I needed a refund as I ordered wrong peptide, Sophia cancelled it for me which was great but 8 days later still not refunded and last night she emailed me and said they never received funds but it was charged to my credit card. This morning I sent a photo of charge and still no response. I also reordered 8 days ago the correct peptides and it was charged to my card as well and still has not shipped out. Concerned I am scammed, hoping they respond. Seems most of the reviews have been well handled.
