At first I got slow service on delivery but made aware that it was a tik token first time sale and it was late. I totally understood. Customer service was amazing. Their products are amazing and after buying several times after that my delivery was within 2 days! I love them!

Shipping was a little slow they did upgrade to two day after they shipped four days later, shipping with Fed Ex . Was told the 10mg terzepatide was out of stock so they would send the 30mg at no extra cost. Received the 30mg, . I would say customer service was prompt and upgrading was awesome on their part. I look forward to sharing results . And I would recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you. They are a great company to work with. The vial I ordered was out of stock so they gave me the option to wait until they got some more in or they would ship me a larger vial for the same price. Not many companies I would would do that.
