I did a order on Thursday Oct 23th and still have not received a tracking number. Ive emailed them twice as that l cant find a costumer service number to call. I have not received a email back stating anything. Im very upset about this as I'm a single mother and had to save up to buy this. Not happy Update: they did just emailed me back and reassured me that my order was on the way. Being that their is so many companies that scam out there,you never can be sure. Support resolved my issue
I have not received a notification about when my order will be shipped. I have sent messages asking and have not received a response. *Updated* The company reached back out to me and seems to be very willing to accommodate. They did fulfill the express shipping in a timely manner and it is expected to be delivered early. Thank you for taking my reviews seriously and helping me! Online shopping can be a scary place.
