Where these reviews come from
Two sources. 1,272 were left by customers on our former public review profile and rebuilt from the notification we received for each one — the wording, rating and date are the customer's own. The rest were written here since, after an order or directly from this page.
Every review is read before it goes live
A human reads each new review for abuse, defamation, personal data or off-topic content — never for its rating. Every decision is logged with its reason, and a published review appears word for word.
Nothing is filtered by rating
The 19 one-star and 8 two-star reviews are kept and readable through the rating filter. A page that only shows praise is not worth reading.
What is not here
Reviews their authors deleted, and reviews taken down before the former profile closed, are excluded — republishing them would put back online what was removed.
How the rating is computed
A plain average of 1,276 ratings, every review counting once. No weighting, no recency bonus.
